The FRAIA implementation team collaborated with Jonathan, co-founder of www.salary-hero.com, to develop a Digital Persona that represents the company. The aim was to portray the company's profile accurately, not just the individual. This involved incorporating voice cloning, imagery, and some fundamental details about the founder. The entire setup process was completed in about one week.

Customization through Purpose-Driven Conversations

Salary Hero utilizes Microsoft SharePoint Online, which facilitated the integration of the FRAIA Digital Persona directly with the API by the FRAIA team. This integration allows any information housed on SharePoint to be accessible via the FRAIA Purpose-Driven Conversation (PDC) technology. PDC engages users by requesting information progressively until it fully comprehends the users’ needs. This approach ensures precise retrieval of knowledge and supports natural, human-like interactions with the Digital Persona.

Enhancing Efficiency and Cost-Savings

Currently, FRAIA is partnering with Salary Hero to develop an internal onboarding process aimed at extending these services to their clients. Salary Hero offers financial education, budgeting, and savings services, all of which can benefit from the same technology used for internal onboarding. By leveraging this technology, Salary Hero can offer round-the-clock support to its clients.
